About the Role
Our client, a growing North American organization is seeking a Junior Accountant to support their finance team on a 3 month contract basis. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who is immediately available and comfortable working independently in a rapid-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing, vendor payments, and statement reconciliations
- 2- and 3-way PO matching
- Bank reconciliations and month-end journal entries
- Expense report management and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting month-end close activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Hands-on AP experience is required
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to self-manage workload and meet deadlines without direct supervision
