Key Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and summarize research findings
Assist in designing and implementing research studies
Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Maintain accurate research records and documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries
Support the development of research proposals and grant applications
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and research standards
Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline)
0–2 years of research or analytical experience (internships count)
Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with research methods and data analysis techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities

Experience with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
