Summary
We are seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant team at East Side Mario's in the Gloucester. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service and food quality, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and enhance team performance during the shift.
Manage inventory control and cash control at end of shift.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate menu offerings and special events.
Monitor financial performance in shift., including budgeting and cost control measures.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience within industry requirment.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems (Micros POS) for effective order management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations.
