Responsibilities
n
Work as part of our maintenance team to perform a variety of welding tasks and projects
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately
Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring devices such as micrometers to ensure accurate fabrication
Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and finish
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues related to welding equipment or fabrication processes

Experience
n
Fully qualified journeyman/women welder
Proven experience in welding within an industrial manufacturing setting
Fluency in spoken and written English
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Knowledge of Food Safety Requirements is an asset
Mechanical knowledge of various types of industrial machinery
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
Knowledge of safety standards related to welding and manufacturing environments
nPay: $47.65 per hourn
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
