Position: Cashier/Barista

As a Cashier/Barista, you will represent Real Fruit Bubble Tea by delivering excellent customer service and preparing high-quality, handcrafted beverages.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Prepare drinks according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure all beverages meet quality expectations
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Assist with inventory and daily operations
- Work flexible shifts and maintain a positive, energetic attitude
- Support store goals and team success

What We’re Looking For

- Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous café or food service experience is an asset (but not required)
