Hiring order Pickers!!

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick meat products (fresh, chilled, or frozen) according to order lists or scanner systems
- Verify product type, weight, quantity, and packaging accuracy
- Handle meat products following food safety and hygiene regulations
- Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment or delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or order-picking carts
- Work in refrigerated or freezer environments as required
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
- Report damaged, expired, or incorrectly labeled products to supervisors
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and order deadlines
- Picking orders using counter balance machines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or cold storage (preferred)
- Previous experience in counterbalance
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to read order sheets,



barcodes, or use handheld scanners
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Work Environment:

- Refrigerated and freezer storage areas
- Fast-paced meat production or distribution facility
- Use of PPE including gloves, aprons, hairnets, and safety boots

Physical Requirements:

- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs repeatedly

Schedule:

- Full-time or part-time shifts
- Early mornings, weekends, and overtime as required
