Key Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extension applications, fills, and removals
- Conduct lash lifts and tinting services
- Ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols
- Consult with clients on lash care and maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized work station
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license
- Certification in eyelash extension application preferred
- 1+ years of lash technician experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and steady hands
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
