Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Builder to join our manufacturing and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing sturdy, high-quality pallets that meet safety and industry standards. Your work will ensure the safe transportation and storage of goods across various industries. Responsibilities

- Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet specified dimensions and weight capacities
- Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to accurately construct pallets according to project requirements
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials safely around the workspace
- Inspect completed pallets for quality control, ensuring they are sturdy, level, and compliant with safety standards
- Utilize construction estimating skills to determine material needs and optimize production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members on projects involving rebar installation, metal stud framing, or other related construction tasks as needed

Experience

- Prior experience in construction estimating, carpentry (trim, frame, roofing),



or woodworking is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or restoration industry experience is a plus
- Previous work involving fixture installation, door hanging, cabinetry, or flooring installation will be advantageous
- Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation or related fields is beneficial but not required
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $17.20-$37.39 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
