As a Lube Technicians, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable hands-on experience and essential technical skills.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and ensuring all systems are functioning properly!

- Perform oil changes and replace oil filters

- Inspect and top off fluid levels, including coolant, transmission, and brake fluids

- Conduct tire rotations and pressure checks

- Replace air and cabin filters

- Inspect and replace worn-out wiper blades and batteries

- Perform basic vehicle safety inspections

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate any additional vehicle issues to the service advisor

- Perform additional duties as needed

Successful Candidates Possess:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude

- Ability to operate standard maintenance tools and equipment

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Job Details:

- This role is required on a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT basis
- Comprehensive benefits package available
- Work Location: On-site at ST. MARYS BUICK GMC
- The expected compensation range for this role is $18.00 - $22.00 / hour (The range may vary based on experience and qualifications)

This compensation encompasses base salary and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
