Position Overview: As a Cannabis Educator / Budtender, you will play a vital role in our dispensary by delivering exceptional customer service, educating clients about cannabis products, and creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that keeps customers excited to return. You are not just guiding purchases — you are curating an experience.

In this role, you will help customers select the right products based on their needs while actively showcasing new arrivals, featured products, and promotions. You will be responsible for creating a positive vibe on the sales floor, engaging customers in meaningful conversations, and making every visit feel personalized, informative, and enjoyable. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and ability to connect with people will help turn first-time shoppers into loyal guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the different strains, products, and their effects.




- Educate customers on consumption methods, dosing, and product safety.
- Sales and Transactions:
- Assist customers with purchases and handle transactions accurately.
- Promote products, sales, and special events to drive business.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding cannabis sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and research to provide accurate information.
- Ensuring the clean and tidy presentation of the store

Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Certification:
- Cansell Certificate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
