Vancouver's #1 dive/karaoke bar, Funky Winker Beans is currently looking for Friday and Saturday night Doorman with the same passion for food and the hospitality industry as we have. The ideal candidates will excel as team players and will work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do
- Must be friendly and have the ability to read situations and maintain a calm polite demeanor
- Provide high-quality customer service to guests in a very busy work environment
- Greet guests, check ID’s, and room control
- Must be a team player that is able to work well with other staff
What You Have
- Must have basic security training certificate
- Must be the age of majority to serve alcoholic beverages
- Enthusiastic and committed to guest satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude accompanied by an outgoing disposition.
- Availability to work Friday & Saturday evenings only
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
