This is not a typical cleaning job. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that every clean directly impacts a guest’s stay and overall experience.
We operate three 1-bedroom Airbnb units in downtown Dartmouth and maintain a high standard for cleanliness and presentation. We are looking for someone who naturally notices the small details, works efficiently without supervision, and shows up consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full turnover cleans for 3 one-bedroom units
- Changing linens and preparing units for incoming guests
- Transporting laundry to a separate location
- Restocking supplies (provided)
- Ensuring each unit meets a consistent, high standard
Availability (Non-Negotiable):
- Must be available 7 days per week from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM(You won’t work every day, but you must be consistently available during this window)
- Must be able to accept shifts on short notice (sometimes with one day’s notice)
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who shows up on time, every time — without reminders
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly, not just quickly
- Someone who notices the details others miss
- Someone who is comfortable working independently and managing their time
- Someone who communicates clearly if anything comes up
This role is not a fit for individuals who:
- Are often late or cancel shifts last minute
- Need frequent reminders or supervision
- Rush through tasks and overlook details
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (for laundry transport)
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of reliability and accountability
Compensation & Perks:
- $25/hour paid in cash
- Gas reimbursement per km
- Cleaning supplies provided
- Paid training
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week

Trial Period:
- A paid trial clean will be required
- Ongoing work is offered based on consistency, reliability, and quality
