Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage customer transactions efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to maintain food safety standards.
- Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple responsibilities such as serving, cashiering, and food prep.




- Follow all sanitation guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food industry standards, including food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
