Position Overview:

nWe are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a four-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of daily calls related to recycling inquiries, pricing, and services.n

The wage for this position is $18.65 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls daily
- Assist customers with inquiries related to metal recycling, vehicle recycling, tire recycling, and auto parts etc.




- Provide accurate information on pricing, services, and processes
- Direct calls and coordinate with internal teams when required
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Enter and update customer information in company systems
- Support general administrative and office tasks
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction

Qualifications:

n

- 3–5 years of customer service experience is required
- Bilingual proficiency is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-call-volume setting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and basic software systems
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
