Position Overview

nAs a Landscape Maintenance Worker, you’ll be part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality lawn, garden, and strata maintenance services. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a crew and able to operate a variety of professional landscaping tools and equipment.n

Key Responsibilities

n

General Landscape Maintenance

nMowing, edging, and trimming lawnsn

Garden bed upkeep, including weeding and cultivating soil

n

Mulching garden beds

nPruning shrubs, hedges, and small treesn

Landscape cleanups for residential and strata properties

n

Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees

n

Specialty Services

nIrrigation system checks and basic irrigation maintenancen

Lawn aeration to promote healthy turf growth

n

Fertilizer application and seasonal lawn care programs

n





Pruning and maintenance of fruit trees

n

Blowing debris from driveways, walkways, and parking lots

n

What We’re Looking For

nReliable, punctual, and professional individualsn

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

n

Experience with landscaping tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers, pruning tools, etc.)

n

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

n

Ability to work independently and with a crew

n

Previous landscaping experience is an asset but not required for the right candidate
