We are looking for an experienced, motivated Certified Dental Assistant who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment, brings strong clinical skills across a range of procedures, and is excited by the energy of building something from the ground up. What you'll do
Assist dentists chairside across a wide range of procedures including restorative, surgical, and prosthetic cases
Take and process digital scans and radiographs with accuracy and efficiency
Support implant and surgical procedures, maintaining instrument flow and infection control protocols
Assist with Invisalign workflows including scans, records, and patient education
Assist in sedation procedures and monitor patient safety throughout treatment
Prepare, sterilize,
and maintain instruments and operatories to Alberta College of Dental Assistants (ACDA) standards
Contribute to building clinic culture, workflows, and patient experience standards as a founding team member

What we're looking for
Active CDA certification in Alberta (ACDA)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting
Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday with flexibility for some evening shifts
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with the energy and adaptability a recent practice requires
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$37.00 per hour
