Compensation: $17.60 per hour (approx. $36,000 per year) What You''ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
