Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and utensils
- A passion for cooking and serving high-quality meals to guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handlers required
