nWe are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.n

Prior experience in the food industry or food service is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food handling, cash handling, and customer engagement while working in a vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients and maintaining product quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning equipment and dining areas to ensure food safety standards are met




- Manage cash register operations with accuracy using basic math skills for transactions and change calculation
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
