Role Overview As a Construction Crew Leader, you will work as part of a crew building landscape projects from start to finish. This role supports hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and general construction tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new skills, and working as part of a tight‑knit team.

Responsibilities - Assist with landscape construction projects - Install hardscape features (patios, retaining walls, steps, edging) - Install softscapes (soil prep, grading, planting, sod) - Help with irrigation installation and basic repairs - Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment - Safely operate hand and power tools - Maintain clean,
