Position The Operator is responsible for starting up and operating the equipment under their responsibility in accordance with the company's established operating procedures.
n
Responsibilities
n
Set up, adjust, and fine-tune production equipment;
n
Operate equipment such as control panels, computer terminals, and monitoring systems ;
n
Monitor indicators, computer readings, and control screens;
n
Perform established quality tests and make necessary adjustments;
n
Complete and maintain production logs and records ;
n
Know and comply at all times with quality and food safety standards ,
occupational health and safety regulations , and company policies ;
n
Assist and support other operators to ensure the proper operation of production equipment;
n
Perform various production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor ;
n
Ensure that the finished product meets the highest quality standards ;
n
Maintain a clean and secure work environment at all times;
n
Clean surfaces and equipment using water and cleaning products ;
n
Rinse surfaces and equipment using high- and low-pressure water systems ;
n
Clean surfaces and equipment using prescribed chemicals , in accordance with established protocols and procedures;
n
Perform daily tasks including, but not limited to: emptying and refilling garbage and recycling bins; restocking hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels; restocking cup dispensers; replenishing and maintaining sanitary supply inventories;
n
Perform any other related duties .
