Lifemark Seniors Wellness is one of the largest rehabilitation-focused companies dedicated to providing therapy solutions for seniors. With over 30 years of experience, we partner with more than 185 LTC homes, 55 retirement communities and 180+ seniors’ dwellings. Your impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. You’ll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will: Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. Mentor and lead as assigned. Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies. Are you the right fit? A great listener and clear communicator who understands what motivates patients to tailor plans of care. You should be driven to grow professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include: Active license in valuable standing with your provincial regulatory college. Professional liability insurance (as required). Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply). Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
