Sales Consultant*

nJim Sampson Motors is looking for a career-minded individual to join our team as a sales consultant. We’re a high paced high-volume dealership that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service in every area of our business.n

The sales consultant will be responsible for ensuring the customer has an excellent experience from the initial inquiry to the delivery of their current purchase.

Qualifications

n· Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal)n

· Strong computer / social media skills

n

· Valid driver license

n

· Automotive sales experience is considered an asset

n· Contacting customers throughout the sales process including after sale follow-upn

· Answering customer questions about the product

n

· Responding to online and phone leads

n

· Meeting sales objectives

n

· Building customer relationships and customer retention

n

· Being able to work in a team setting
