The Hair

nStylist will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, maintaining sanitation standards, and engaging with clients to build lasting relationships.n
Duties*
Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling to meet client needs
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or products
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety regulations
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and spa revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments




Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service and communication throughout each visit
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
Requirements*
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within a spa environment
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in hair care services
Ability to upsell products and services to maximize client satisfaction and sales opportunities
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by provincial regulations
A professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
