Responsibilities*
Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and workstations
Offer product recommendations and upsell retail items to enhance client satisfaction and spa revenue
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
Educate clients on nail care maintenance and aftercare instructions




Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Requirements*
Valid nail technician license or certification
Proven experience in nail care services with a portfolio of work preferred
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to upsell retail products confidently to increase sales opportunities
Basic retail sales experience is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality service in a fast-paced setting
