- Complete weekly and monthly performance reports
- Address internal and external customer requests
- Monitor daily activities for key clients
- Review and analyze service queues Requirements:
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Excellent time management and deadline adherence
- Customer service skills and self-motivated
- Proficient knowledge of LTL400
