The Financial Planning team focuses on helping clients set and achieve their financial goals while delivering a legendary customer experience, driving new business and client loyalty through knowledge of clients, professional expertise, and award-winning teams.n
Responsibilities

- Identify client life and financial goals, conduct comprehensive reviews, and build long‑term relationships through expertise and ongoing service.
n
- Conduct reporting and analysis, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and continually assess the effectiveness of programs and policies.
n
- Contribute to team and department goals, strengthen customer service, and support a positive, service‑oriented work environment.
n
- Monitor service productivity, assess efficiency, and implement continuous improvements.
n
- Maintain best practices, stay ahead of emerging trends, and ensure risk management and control aligned with risk appetite.
n
- Provide mentorship, assistance, and direction to others while acquiring and applying expertise.

Required Qualifications
nn
- Financial planner diploma granted by the Institute of Financial Planning (IPF), required prior to start date.
n
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 (or higher), required prior to start date.
n
- 3 to 5 years of banking experience.
n
- Bilingualism (English and French), required to serve our clients.
n
n
Nice to Have

- CIRO license, preferred (required within first 90 days).
n
- Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within first 90 days.
n
- Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within first 30 months.
n
- Deep understanding of industry, competitive landscape, and economic market issues.
n
- Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently.
