Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server/bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role involves working in a fast-paced workplace, serving beverages/food, and providing exceptional service in both dining and event settings.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard
Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and serving
Assist with banquet services or catering events as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items
Requirements
Previous serving/bartending experience in a restaurant
Familiarity with POS systems
Robust time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations in the food industry
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Experience in brewing or cocktail preparation is advantageous
Working well with others to guarantee a successful service

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
