Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-driven role focused primarily on prospecting, meeting clients on-site, and closing new business across the Oshawa and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting in-person meetings and walkthroughs, and presenting customized service solutions for both cleaning and commercial building services. While some light inside sales work (follow-ups, CRM updates) is required, this role is primarily outside sales focused.

Territory: Durham Region, Markham, Vaughan, Barrie, Newmarket

Key Responsibilities:

· Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and territory development

· Conduct on-site client visits, building walkthroughs, and needs assessments

· Deliver professional sales presentations and customized service proposals

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients





· Manage pipeline and track activities using CRM tools

· Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals

Requirements:

· Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred

· Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role

· Valid driver’s license

· Reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)

· Experience in cleaning or facility services is an asset, but not required

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
