What You’ll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service team:
Greet and support customers with a friendly, professional approach
Listen carefully to their needs and clearly document vehicle concerns
Recommend services that keep vehicles safe and reliable
Provide accurate estimates for parts and labour
Keep customers updated every step of the way
Ensure every experience ends with outstanding customer satisfaction
