Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead and manage our culinary and hospitality teams with energy and precision. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding service, and smooth kitchen operations within a vibrant dining workplace. As supervisor, you will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
Duties
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served
Lead and supervise culinary staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on collaboration and excellence
Monitor inventory levels meticulously, controlling stock through accurate inventory management and minimizing waste
Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all food handling activities
Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks efficiently,
and ensure seamless service during peak hours
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a quick-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Robust leadership qualities with the ability to motivate diverse teams in high-pressure environments
Hands-on experience with culinary techniques such as cooking, food preparation, and plating for fine dining audiences
Familiarity with restaurant management systems and inventory control tools
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within the food industry
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, servers, and management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
