Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative for Automotive Parts to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing sales transactions, and providing expert advice on automotive parts to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, dealership experience, or automotive repair, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Multilingual abilities and familiarity with POS systems are highly desirable. Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate automotive parts based on their needs and vehicle specifications
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or credit payments with professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels, product features, and promotions to effectively promote sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Process orders efficiently, including order fulfillment and coordinating with warehouse staff for timely delivery
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales volume
- Keep the sales area organized, clean, and well-stocked to enhance the shopping environment
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities,



customer interactions, and inventory levels using organizational tools like Microsoft Excel or CMMS systems
- Support maintenance of the store’s appearance and ensure compliance with safety standards

Skills

- Proven experience in dealership sales, retail sales, or automotive repair is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS software, and Microsoft Excel for order management and record keeping
- Cash handling expertise along with phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
- Knowledge of automotive parts, repair processes, and maintenance procedures is advantageous
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory management
