- *LOCATION:** All locations - Coaldale, Stirling and Taber, AB
- *TERM OF WORK:** Full-Time – Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays

nThe Class 1 Driver is responsible for transporting grain from elevators to our Hwy 52 feedlot and processed grain from our HWY 52 location to our other yards near Coaldale, AB. This role ensures timely, safe, and reliable delivery of feed commodities while maintaining communication with the logistics team and adhering to maintenance schedules and safety protocols. This position will also be required to assist for coverage hauling potatoes from facilities in Lethbridge to Coaldale and HWY 52, as well as a facility in Taber to our Sandy Hill feedlot. This position is short haul trucking, and the successful applicant will be home every evening.n

- *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Haul from grain elevators to feedlot locations using Super B trailers.
- Haul processed grain from HWY 52 to our Coaldale locations.
- Coverage hauling potatoes from facilities as well as in between Kasko locations.
- Maintain equipment and complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Accurately track and report all loads.
- Adhere to loading schedules, safety standards, and traffic regulations.
- Maintain qualified relationships with elevator and yard staff.
- Assist with other tasks when hauling is not required.
- *REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Class 1 Driver’s License (required)
- Clean driving record (minimum **three years** claims history REQUIRED)
- Experience with Super B trailers preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Agriculture or feedlot experience is an asset
- *WORKING CONDITIONS**
nThis position operates primarily during daytime hours and is subject to occasional weather exposure during loading/unloading. Some weekend work may be required based on demand.n
- *COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- **Wage:** $30/hour
- **Benefits:** Health, dental, vision, disability & life insurance after 3 months
- **Pension:** Company-paid plan after 1 year
