We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support a unionized manufacturing facility. This role will oversee both strategic and day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, policies, benefits administration, recruitment, and supporting payroll for approximately 150 employees. The position works closely with plant leadership.
Requirements
3+ years of HR management experience within a manufacturing workplace
Experience working in a unionized setting
Robust background in employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Experience overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and performance management
Exposure to health & safety, WSIB/claims management, and compliance
Experience supporting payroll for a mid-sized workforce
Ability to manage HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable managing both strategic and administrative HR functions
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
