COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% - 45% of collections and higher (depending on experience)
Monthly guaranteed minimum, or daily per diem

SCHEDULE:
Flexible days
Temporary leading to permanent position

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
DDS/DMD/BDS from an accredited program OR NDEB equivalency
Licensed or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
Open to candidates currently licensed in other Canadian provinces
Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but open to new graduate’s welcome with mentorship provided
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care
New graduates are encouraged to apply
