Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Building Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a safe and well-functioning environment for all occupants.

Duties
Manage and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, low voltage, and mechanical components to ensure optimal performance
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services such as electrical work, HVAC servicing, and equipment upgrades
Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
Monitor and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers
Lead projects related to facility improvements, renovations, or system upgrades with effective project management practices
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards by conducting regular inspections
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Supervise emergency response procedures and coordinate safety drills as needed




Collaborate with other departments to support manufacturing operations and optimize workflow

Qualifications
Proven management experience with supervisory responsibilities in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
Mechanical knowledge related to industrial maintenance, schematics interpretation, and building systems
Electrical experience including familiarity with low voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting
Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance practices
Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings effectively
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, manage projects, and lead safety initiatives
