About the Role

Church Brewing Co. is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence across Nova Scotia.

You sell more than beer, you sell the experience, values, and story behind our brand. This role blends relationship driven sales with hands-on brand representation in the community. The ideal candidate communicates with conviction, listens actively to customer needs, and brings genuine enthusiasm to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing accounts
- Proactively identify and develop new accounts across the province
- Conduct weekly cold calls and follow-ups
- Research and identify new sales opportunities and markets
- Meet or exceed KPIs and quarterly sales targets
- Track and report on sales performance

Sales Administration & Delivery

- Update and distribute product availability lists and keep accurate account information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales and orders. Manage order tracking and sales documentation
- Deliver orders and product sample packs as needed

Brand Ambassador & Events





- Represent Church Brewing Co. at festivals, events, and tastings
- Manage event setup, teardown, inventory, and off-site sales
- Conduct NSLC tastings with strong product knowledge and adaptability
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable presence

Skills & Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Access to a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable learning and using company software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Xero, POS, CRM tools)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to company values, policies, and Nova Scotia health & safety regulations
- Ongoing commitment to product knowledge and self-improvement
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50lbs

Assets

- 2+ years of sales and/or brewery experience
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
