Lystek is seeking a **Millwright** responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, installing and aligning mechanical components, and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring safe, effective operations and full compliance with safety, environmental, and documentation standards.

- *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Maintenance and operation of pumps, blowers, fans and other manually and/or automatically operated equipment and instrumentation
- Replacing plant components such as bearings, idlers, pulleys, belts, and sheaves.
- Repairing or replacing guarding.
- Repairing conveyor and auger equipment
- Rigging of equipment with cranes, hoists and dollies
- Understanding of motor controls and electric circuits
- Aligning equipment and installing bearings, gearboxes and motors using specialized tools such as lasers, micrometers, and calipers
- Operating a torch and stick welder.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic powered units.
- Identify the root cause of failures and implement a thorough repair solution.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking are necessary for this position.
- Utilizing manual dexterity, problem solving skills and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:**
- Valid Class C License
- Ability to work well with others.
- General knowledge of processing plant equipment.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and in a safe manner.
- *WORKING CONDITIONS:**
- Physically demanding tasks including manual labour.
- Exposure to noisy environments and rough terrain.
- Long workdays, occasional weekend work as required.
- *COMPENSATION INFORMATION**

nThe expected salary range for this position is $30 - $40 hourly. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.n
