The Role

We’re looking for reliable and dedicated AZ/DZ Drivers to join our Hanover Cross Dock team! These vacancies are part-time unionized opportunities, working afternoon or day shifts in a 24/7 operation. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine both driving and warehouse duties, providing variety and stability in your workday.

Location

On-site at the Hanover Cross Dock.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivery of bottles, cans, and kegs of beer to various customers

- Pickup of recycling and refillable materials from various customers
n
- Maintain service quality by following organizations standards
n
- Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met
n
- Ensure the company’s Health and Safety and Operational efficiencies are met
n
- Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service
n
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

- Must have completed High School and/or GED equivalentr
- Must have a valid DZ license in good standing and a clear drivers abstract, AZ license an assetr

Experience

- Must be 19 years of age or olderr
- Previous beverage delivery experience is considered an assetr

Skills

- Must be able to continuously lift 40 pounds or more and walk or stand for majority of shiftr
- Demonstrated reliability and dependabilityr
- The availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this roler
- Above average communication and interpersonal skillsr

Compensation

While driving, you’ll earn $24.15/hr for DZ drivers and $24.65/hr for AZ drivers, and when not driving, you’ll assist with warehouse duties at $17.95/hr. The duties will vary depending on the needs of the business, ensuring a dynamic and adaptable work environment.
