Hillside Pines is an elder-directed long-term care home onnthe South Shore of Nova Scotia. Located in the peaceful town of Bridgewater, wenoffer opportunities for meaningful work as part of a team creating the futurenof long-term care.

Position Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to the delivery ofnquality care and service to the people who live at Hillside Pines. The LicensednPractical Nurse practices within the established standards of Hillside Pinesnand the LPN Scope of Practice as defined by the Nova Scotia College of Nursing.

Qualifications:

- Current LPN registration with the Nova Scotia College ofnNursing
- Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred
- Additional education or experience in geriatric nursing,npalliative,



or dementia care considered an asset
- Standard First Aid CPR Certification

Hours: Permanent Full Time (80 hours/ Bi-Weekly).nIncludes 12-hour and 8-hour round the clock shift rotation.

Salary: As per Hillside Pines and NSNU scale.
