Red Robin is looking for passionate culinary leaders to join our Heart of House leadership team across the Lower Mainland.

This opportunity is ideal for:

• Experienced Kitchen Managers ready to run a high-performing kitchen
• Sous Chefs or Assistant Kitchen Managers ready to step into a Kitchen Manager role

Compensation & Benefits
n
$61,000 – $75,000 base salary and tip pool share + performance bonus & profit sharing
n
• Tip pool share averaging $6K–$10K annually

What You’ll Do
n
As Kitchen Manager, you will lead all aspects of Heart of House operations, ensuring exceptional food quality,
strong team culture, and efficient kitchen performance.
n
Kitchen Leadership
n
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Recruit, train and mentor kitchen team members
• Build a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
n
Food Quality & Standards
n
• Ensure every dish meets Red Robin’s food quality standards
• Maintain consistency across all menu items including burgers and bottomless sides
• Conduct daily line checks and uphold food presentation standards
n
Operational Excellence
n
• Manage food production, inventory and ordering
• Control food costs, waste and kitchen labor efficiency
• Ensure kitchen organization and smooth service execution
n
Safety & Compliance
n
• Maintain the highest sanitation and food safety standards
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations
• Oversee equipment maintenance and kitchen safety procedures
