To learn more, visit clutch.ca.nAbout the role:nClutch is looking for a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team! A $3,000 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. We’re looking for all-star licensed automotive mechanic talent to help ensure that all of our vehicles are up to our high mechanical standards. Working alongside our reconditioning team, you will perform vehicle inspections, maintenance work,



and repairs across a range of systems.nWhat you’ll do:nnnPerform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections (stationary and road tests)nnnDiagnose and assess vehicle issues and damagennnPerform Ontario Provincial Safety InspectionsnnnMake recommendations about vehicle repairs and the best course of actionnnnPerform repairs and preventative maintenance such as oil changes, suspension and brake jobsnnnCreate and maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and estimatesnnnEnsure vehicles meet Clutch’s mechanical and safety standardsnnnCommunicate vehicle status, repair needs, and completion timelinesnnnUse diagnostic tools and shop systems (e.g., Google Drive, Slack)nnnContribute to continuous improvement of mechanical proceduresnnnMetrics/measurement of success include inspection thoroughness, repair quality, safety compliance, turnaround time, and documentation accuracynnnWhat we’re looking for:nnn310s Red Seal or equivalent certification or trainingnnnExperience working with a variety of car brands (domestic, import & European)nnnTeam player above all elsennnStrong attention to detailnnnAbility to multitask and prioritize competing demandsnnnDesire to learn new skillsnnnComfortable using technology (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)nnnValid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstractnnAble to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week,
