Position Overview:Key Responsibilities:We are looking to hire for several roles at our Winnipeg facilities. Please read below to see descriptions of jobs available:Sewing Machine Operators:Work as part of a larger team to complete garmentsSew various parts of a garment including, but not limited to, pockets, flaps, zippers, hoods and sleeves as well as lining to the shellAssess the quality of garment pieces before sewing to ensure garments are up to Canada Goose quality standardsEnsure individual productivity quotas are met or exceeded daily, while at the same time maintaining Canada Goose quality standardsGeneral Labour Role:Prepare boxes and skids to pack cut goodsTake off all cut parts from the cutting machine table, sort and pack them upPerform quality checks on all pieces prior to packagingClear the conveyer to optimize the cutting machine operationAssist the cutter operator to move spreads on to the cutting machineAble to lift up to 50lbs Other duties as assigned Cleaning Role:Cleaning equipment surfaces, fixtures, desks/tables (boardrooms) and kitchen surfacesSweeping, mopping and vacuuming all floorsRefill supplies for building occupants (example: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, cleaning supplies,



etc.)Washing interior windows, walls and ceilingsEmptying and removal of all garbage, debris and recycling from the buildingOther duties as assignedProduction Support Role:Efficiently pick, pack, and verify raw materials orders for production.verify, receive and store raw materials to designated locations.Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory as required.Assist in moving WIP and down bags.
