RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERConstruction Leader | Margin ProtectorBase Salary: $75,000Performance Earnings: $100,000–$150,000+Quarterly | Uncapped | GP-BasedHealth Benefits • RRSP MatchingThis is a disciplined construction leadership role.The Reconstruction Project Manager delivers controlled, profitable rebuilds — on time, on budget, and at standard.You are paid for predictable execution, clean documentation, and margin protection.ROLE PURPOSEDeliver end-to-end reconstruction projects from approved scope through completion and closeout.Own planning, scheduling, trade coordination, cost control, quality assurance, client management, and documentation integrity.CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES· Manage multiple concurrent reconstruction projects· Accurate estimating, budgeting, and cost tracking· Schedule planning and enforcement (no drift)· Trade, supplier, and crew coordination· Scope control and change order discipline· Client expectation management and professional communication· Quality assurance, punch discipline, and clean closeout· Margin protection through value engineering and cost control· Milestone-based documentation kept clean and audit-readyLEADERSHIP & GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is a department leadership seat.
