nSAP Payroll Configuration ConsultantnRemote Role -CanadanOverview:nWe are seeking experienced, hands-on SAP Payroll Configuration Consultants to support Canada Payroll implementations and ongoing support. The ideal candidates will work closely with the payroll implementation lead, reviewing payroll design documents and performing end-to-end configuration with minimal supervision. The primary goal is to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant SAP EC Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll solutions that fully meet clients’ needs.n nKey Responsibilities:n· Configuration & Deliveryno Configure and deliver SAP Payroll solutions (Canada.) in alignment with approved payroll design documents and industry standards.no Assist the payroll implementation lead, providing hands-on configuration expertise and ensuring solutions meet business requirements with minimal guidance.n· Payroll Process Optimizationno Support and optimize key payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, tax reporting, garnishments, third-party remittances, year-end activities, and accrual setup.no Conduct parallel payroll testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve integration challenges effectively.n· Technical Enhancements & Maintenanceno Develop and refine custom operations, rules, and user exits as required.no Maintain system performance by applying support packs and keeping the system current.n· Reporting & Stakeholder Communicationno Communicate progress, risks,



and issues clearly to project management and key stakeholders.no Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end payroll process efficiency.nSkills & Qualifications:n· Minimum 5 years of experience configuring SAP Payroll (EC Payroll or HCM Payroll).n· Strong, hands-on knowledge of Canada Payroll, including compliance reporting and country-specific requirements.n· Proven experience in:no Payroll catalog setup (collective bargaining agreements, wage type configuration).no Off-cycle payroll processing and levy management.no Garnishment reporting, configuration, and management.no Payroll integration with third-party systems and BSI Tax Factory.no Tax reporter configuration and payroll testing.no Month-end accrual configuration.n· Track record of delivering at least 4 full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.n· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of working with cross-functional and remote teams.n· Highly self-motivated, able to operate independently in a remote setting.nPreferred Qualifications:n· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.n· Experience with the Payroll Control Center (PCC).n· Familiarity with process automation tools and optimization strategies.nAdditional Attributes:n· Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in navigating complex configurations.n· Skilled at building consensus and maintaining alignment across diverse, global teams.n· Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results quickly.n n
