This is a high-impact, phone-centric role for a technical HR expert who thrives on solving complex employee relations issues in a fast-paced environment.Core ResponsibilitiesExpert Advisory: Deliver solution-oriented advice on employment law, performance management, harassment investigations, and terminations via phone and virtual consultations.Case Leadership: Own high-risk files from start to finish, exercising sound professional judgment and high-level client care.Retention & Growth: Identify client needs and position our services as essential for risk mitigation; recognize upselling opportunities for customized documentation and health & safety support.Documentation & Compliance: Draft high-quality employment documents and maintain exact records within Salesforce, adhering to privacy legislation and internal standards.Performance Excellence:
