This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information. The Senior Law Clerk ensures the smooth and efficient operation of legal processes by providing comprehensive file management and clerical support.nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:nnDraft, review and manage commercial real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, amendments, estoppel certificates, and closing packages.nConduct and analyze title and off-title searches; review title commitments and resolve related issues.nCoordinate closing processes, including preparation of closing agendas, checklists, notices of lease.nMaintain accurate, organized records, ensuring documentation is current, complete,



easily accessible.nTrack real estate status matters.nTrack lease milestones, condition dates, and limitation periods, when applicable.nProvide support on due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.nCommunicate professionally with internal stakeholders, external counsel, lenders, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely completion of transactions.nCoordinate and attend internal meetings; take minutes and follow up with internal and external parties.nCoordinate execution of documents.nAssist lawyers in interpreting and reviewing commercial real estate legal documents.nProvide general clerical support, including managing confidential correspondence and file administration.nAssist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external use.nnQUALIFICATIONS:nnDiploma or certificate in Paralegal Studies or Law Clerk Studies.nMinimum 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, ideally in-house or at a large firm.nStrong knowledge of commercial real estate law and title matters.nStrong drafting skills with experience preparing commercial real estate legal documents.nAbility to conduct and summarize title and off-title searches.nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.nStrong ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.nEffective meeting coordination and minute-taking skills.nAbility to maintain organization and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.nClear,
