The Shop Labourer is responsible for performing duties in strict compliance with corporate policies, office procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations.nnJob ResponsibilitiesnnnAccurately complete all job-specific, employee-related, and equipment-related Xtreme Oilfield paperwork and electronic documentation, including timesheets and daily work reports.nnnProvide training, coaching, mentoring, and oversight to trainees on an as-needed basis.Cooperate and communicate with Operations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to provide input on Safe Operating Procedures, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and field-level documentation.nnnWork safely during all phases of assigned duties in the field.nnnPerform tasks in areas of varying dimensions, which may involve squatting, crawling, or other physical positions for extended periods.nnnFollow directions accurately and communicate effectively in English.nnnSafely operate and perform safety checks on all vehicles for which the employee is licensed.nnnAdapt to diverse scheduled and unscheduled projects, with physical demands and environmental conditions that vary depending on the project.nnnWork in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, heights, hazardous chemicals, loud noises, dangerous equipment,



and long hours.nnnPerform physical activities that may include long periods of standing, walking, crouching, using hands, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more.nnnSpecific tasks may include:nnnnEmpty garbage cans inside and outside buildingsnnnSweep floors in shop spaces and parts roomsnnnOperate forklifts and skid steersnnnComplete yard maintenance (snow removal, lawn care)nnnClean yard of garbage or partsnnnPurge tanks in the wash baynnnWash units in the wash baynnnAssist mechanics as requirednnnComplete job-related paperworknnnDrive a pickup truck for parts pickup or deliverynnnnPerform additional labor-related tasks as required to support operations.nnnQualificationsnnnValid Class 5 driver’s license.nnnSuccessful completion of pre-employment background and substance screening, including employment verification and criminal record checks.
