Cloud Operations and Support is one of several teams that provide support for SAP Commerce Cloud, which is a component of SAP C/4HANA. We are a global team, using a follow-the-sun model to deliver 24/7 coverage for our customers around the world. When you join us, you will work alongside an agile, dynamic group of talented and motivated individuals, and you will be challenged daily to assist your teammates and our customers to the best of your abilities.
As an Administrative Assistant (Platform Support), you will take ownership of monitoring the queue (for which we have SLAs that we want to make sure we don’t break). You will also schedule customer activities by coordinating between different teams to find the best time slot for our customers and our internal teams, and ensure that all activities are executed as scheduled.


Coordinate and schedule application deployment activities with customers and internal teams
Monitor and manage queues to ensure that no tickets are unassigned or overlooked
Create and coordinate change tickets for customer go-live activities and handovers
Screen and review the forms that customers attach to deployment tickets ahead of scheduled activities to ensure that all of the required information has been provided
Maintain metrics and reports on the success rates of activities


Fluency in English
Analytical, detail-oriented personality
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work under pressure
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
Strong time management and organizational skills

Technical experience in IT, cloud technologies, programming, infrastructure, or other technical fields

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
