Temporary until approximately September 15, 2019.


Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements

2-year Community College diploma and/or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or 5 years previous IT/IS experience;
Experience in IT supply chain procedures and processes;
Experience in supporting clients in a field technician role;
Experience with Windows operating systems, desktop operating systems, desktop office automation products;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Excellent client service and communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.

Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of IT/Telecom technology terminology;
Experience with Office 365.
Experience with SharePoint.
Experience with ServiceNow.
